Cara Agates brings a wealth of experience in sports therapy, rehabilitation, and personal training to Poseidon Performance. A Dartmouth local and active member of the town’s gig rowing club, she understands the demands of an active lifestyle and the importance of injury prevention, recovery, and optimal performance.
Currently studying a BSc in Sports Therapy at Exeter and advanced qualifications in strength and conditioning, sports massage, and personal training, Cara has worked extensively with athletes across various disciplines. From pitch-side first aid for Brixham Rugby Club’s 1st team to supporting Exeter University’s rugby academy, she has a proven track record in rehabilitation and performance coaching.
Through her own business, The Fit Bee, she has spent the past eight years delivering tailored training and recovery programs, helping clients—from everyday fitness enthusiasts to competitive athletes—recover from injuries, improve strength, and achieve their performance goals.
