  • Leah Harris

    Leah Harris, a 18-year-old with an interest in fitness but limited experience, first came to Poseidon Performance at the request of her parents, who wanted someone they trusted to guide her in the gym. What began as a cautious introduction to exercise quickly blossomed into a life-changing experience. Leah joined a training regimen alongside Nicholas Martin-Jones and Rosie Jessop, both experienced in helping individuals unlock their potential through tailored coaching.

  • Joanna Balcerska

    Joanna Balcerska is an international jockey with a remarkable background in horse racing, which has shaped her competitive spirit and athletic prowess. Her journey with Poseidon Performance began when she sought a new challenge beyond the racetrack. Joanna had a vision to push her body and mind in different disciplines, leading her to compete in the Bahrain CrossFit Championships, transition into bikini fitness competitions, and eventually tackle the high-intensity Hyrox challenges.

  • Alaa Salahh

    Alaa Salahh is a dynamic young athlete from Bahrain in her early 20s, who has rapidly made a name for herself on the international Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) scene. In 2023, Alaa demonstrated exceptional talent and hard work, securing an impressive tally of 7 gold medals and 2 silvers across prestigious international competitions. In addition to her achievements on the mats, Alaa also serves as a dedicated kids' coach at Element BJJ Academy, passing on her knowledge and passion for the sport to the next generation.
